Questions owners ask us
How long does it take to get going?
The onboarding call takes about 15 minutes. You connect your Google Business Profile and send us your customer list; we build everything else. Your past customers start getting messages within days of your list landing.
What do my customers actually receive?
A text from you, signed with your first name, with a thank-you photo carrying their name and a link to your Google review page. If they don’t get to it, up to three friendly follow-ups go out by text and email. The moment they tap the link, the follow-ups stop.
Can you ask my past customers too?
Yes, and it’s usually where the first wave of reviews comes from. We send your past-customer list out a few dozen a day, so it reads like a personal message rather than a blast. New customers are then asked after every job.
How do new customers get added after each job?
We connect Review Climb to the software you already use — Xero, ServiceM8 and similar — so a finished job triggers the request automatically. Nobody has to remember to do anything.
When are messages sent?
Only between 9am and 6pm in your time zone. If a customer texts back, they’re pointed straight to your own phone number, so no reply is ever lost.
Do you write reviews for us?
No. Every review comes from a real customer of yours, in their own words, on your Google profile. We just make it easy for them to leave one.
Will it work for my kind of business?
If your customers find you on Google and you have their mobile numbers, it’s built for you. Plumbers, electricians, carpenters, cleaners, pest controllers, car detailers, driving schools and rubbish removalists have all used it.
